How would the reactions and strategies of the leaders of either the Axis or Allied powers have differed had the war been fought today - specifically with the influence of the 24 hours news cycle and the ability to have every decision and strategy scrutinized almost immediately?

The war would be unrecognizable, if it came to pass. I have my doubts that it would have, given our increased aggressiveness towards anyone we see as an ambitious dictator. But let's assume that the war would arrive all the same. It still wouldn't be remotely similar. Much fewer men would be used, and the primary weapon would likely be missiles fired far from their intended targets.
